Fernando Alvarez, private intelligence consultant and teacher. Born in Cuba. In Argentina studied Private Investigation and Private Security at several major academies, worked as an agent and then as director of intelligence services.
Since 2005, resides in the State of California, United States, has attended several congressional seminars and is legally licensed and insured to practice investigations, security and process services on the states of California and Florida. Current director of Drakonx Agency and Drakonx Academy, and operates as consultant for several investigative and security agencies in United States.
